I've been experiencing this too, but I recently learned in a seminar about burn out that when you're stressed and in fight or flight mode it becomes harder for your brain to process and access words. So it could maybe be that your stress levels are higher in these moments than you are used to?

Dinosaur (2000) I was obsessed with this movie as a kid & watched it repeatedly. I did a rewatch of it in college & found that I could still recite most of it from memory.
