brrr has crossed 100,000 notifications set! 💯🤯🚀

Made a couple of small upgrades to this little app.
- Hold Cmd to instantly open a folder in my selected agent without creating a temporary workspace.
- Hold Option to open an alternative agent, making it quick to switch between, for example, Codex and Claude Desktop.
Oh, that's a fun idea!
No, didn't know about this. Looks interesting!
I built Stroke Counter late last season and tested it on the course, but didn’t get it shipped before the season ended.
With golf season starting again, now felt like the right time ⛳️

Introducing Stroke Counter for Golf 🚀🏌️♂️
I got tired of those tiny plastic stroke counters. They break, get lost, and you end up buying new ones all the time.
So I built Stroke Counter for Apple Watch.
A simple way to count strokes from your wrist.

The past couple of days, I had an itch to scratch.
So I built Cubby.
Drag files into a shelf and instantly open them in Codex or Claude in a temporary workspace.
I can also spin up an agent in an empty workspace.
Glad I'm not the only one 😄

brrr isn’t trying to be better. It’s different.
It strips away the complexity and gives you the bare minimum to send push notifications from anything you build.
That simplicity is the point.
This is an app I’ve wanted to build for a long time.
Back in December, it finally felt like the right moment. Personal automations are everywhere again and agents are accelerating the shift toward more autonomous software.
brrr fits right into that.

I’ve been working on something… and it’s now on the App Store! 👀
Introducing brrr 🚀

No signup. No dashboard. No nonsense.

Short-lived worktrees work well when you’re coding in parallel with an AI agent or when multiple agents are working on short-lived branches at the same time.
Still just Git underneath, so it works with GUIs and existing tooling.

wut? is my tiny and extremely opinionated CLI for managing Git worktrees
Git worktrees are powerful but too tedious for short-lived sessions.
wut? makes them easier:
• auto-ignored .worktrees/ per repo
• simple commands to create, remove, and jump between worktrees
`codex --yolo` is my femme fatale.
Open-sourcing our reusable GitHub Actions 🤖🚀
github.com/shapehq/acti...
We just open-sourced our collection of reusable actions used across iOS, Android, and backend projects at Framna in Denmark.
We’ve built this over the past couple of years while moving all our CI to GitHub Actions.
Hey! Thanks for your message. I have no concrete plans to update Smash Smash at the time being. It‘s the app I want it to be and to be honest, it never really gained the traction to justify taking it beyond that.
Real and virtual snow combining in Amsterdam. (Thanks @simonbs.dev for the Festivitas app!)
Listening to Upgrade and was super surprised and stoked to hear that Festivitas won Best Newcomer Mac App! 🫨🎄
Thank you, @snell.zone and @imykel.bsky.social 🫶

A bright coffee station with a white La Marzocco Linea Mini R espresso machine and matching Eureka Mignon Libra grinder on a dark countertop. A tamper and milk pitcher sit in front, and a framed “Our Favorite Drinks” chart hangs on the wall above.
From busted Ascaso Steel Duo Plus to a Linea Mini R… what a powerhouse 😍
After a 6-month battle with the retailer I got (most of) my money back for the Ascaso, and now I’ve replaced it with a La Marzocco.
Feels like a machine I’ll be pulling shots on for a long, long time ☕️✨
My Home Screen is decorated for New Year’s Eve with Festivitas 😄🎆
Thanks everyone for the positive and heartwarming reception to Festivitas again this year 🫶
Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones ❤️
And with that, Festivitas informs me that it’s Christmas 🎄
I suppose that wraps up peak season for Festivitas, but it has light bulbs suited for many occasions throughout the year. Several users have even told me they run it year-round!
Giving SFSymbols some love on macOS too.
💟 Open-sourcing SFSymbols
A Swift package with an SF Symbols picker and a simple API for the SF Symbols catalog.
I’m using it in a side project that isn’t released yet, so it’s not fully battle-tested, but I thought others might still find it useful 🤗
