My school has a position open next year for an upper school biology teacher. It’s is a fantastic place to work with small class sizes and a very supportive faculty and staff. Happy to share more if interested! docs.google.com/document/d/1...
I found these items when organizing my classroom. Anyone recognize them or know what they were meant to help teach? (I’m not entirely sure they are all even related to each other.) #iTeachPhysics #modphys
I typically provide equations on assessments but I also post them in the classroom after students first encounter them.
Not that far! Dayton, OH is about an hour east of Oxford, OH.
It’s my first official day at my new school! Excited to begin a new part of my teaching career in Dayton, OH. Thank you to Alison for supporting me in this new adventure!
Dan, amazing! It turns out a 5th degree polynomial is all that is needed--LOL. Seriously though...a good way to show students that many curve fits "work" splendidly and they have to determine which makes the most sense...
Oh my...
My students (jokingly) told me they found the perfect mathematical model for the relationship between speed and kinetic energy…#iteachphysics #modphys
