I don't get sulphur from the Hawaiian black salt. More of an earthy/charcoal hint. It is so fun to experience chemistry in food ๐
Yeah, I switch between Hawaiian black salt and Himalayan red salt. It adds a little sumpin sumpin and makes me feel fancy. Lol. Sourdough is such a big commitment. I just can't. Ha!
Thank you! I have not mastered keeping a sourdough starter going.๐ This is a standard crusty loaf. 12-24 hour fermentation. Sprinkled with black salt. Basic and lovely!
