Once you gave all the files you can just use draft2digital to publish everywhere in print and ebook for free, they take a (small) cut of each sale. Please don’t pay for anyone to upload your books as that should be free and people often get scammed at that point.

My best company was in the us, streetlight graphics. Great guy called Glendon who can do formatting and covers. If you need to keep costs low then use draft2digital who can format for free and 100covers who do a good value professional cover. If you need it cheaper than that you could use canva.
