So beautiful. 🐝🐝🐝
Mein Beileid, Derek 😔
Schwierig.
more statements coming out re: Iran’s women’s national team. @fifpro.bsky.social Asia/Oceania is calling on #FIFA and the #AFC to uphold their human rights obligations and protect the players.

.unfortunately private equity firms from the US and Europe are already very much targeting elite WOMEN’S SOCCER too …
plenty of (TV, mostly) money still to be made there…
meanwhile, the P.E. firms in #WoSO are already building multi-ownership structures and erasing decades of local ⚽️ history.

Just a minor point, but this is why 50+1 is so important in German football.
There are plenty of rich, dodgy dudes in German football, but for the most part fans have a legitimate way of fight back. HSV with Kühne, Schalke with Tonnies, etc.
Man Utd fans are stuck with Ratcliffe.
Who is Danso? (Meant seriously, I actually don’t know the name)
Spurs have Micky van de Ven who is definitely ahead of Vuskovic (because he has more experience than an 18-y-o)
Then there’s Romero.
Name another CB at Tottenham who is better this season than Luka Vuskovic… I cant.
Hahahahaha 😆🖤⚪️☑️
Hahahahaha I love this 😆☃️🧣
.
Helm♥️♥️

Fuck ICE
I lived in NYC for a while. The soccer scene there is exploding, especially among teenage immigrants in the Bronx, Queens and NJ. With a bit of luck, NYCFC can promote a forward from within (academy or local area). That would honestly be way cooler
Yeah, it seems like it’s a good decision all round tbh. He’s gonna help Schalke a lot more on the pitch (as he’s proven in Bundesliga 2 for last 18 months) than making some tiny loan fee. Schalke is unfortunately a very broke club. This deal would only have made sense if they would have earned $7m+
Yes. And that is extraordinary. I don’t remember an incident in the past ten years where Schalke bad-mouthed a club (or franchise). It’s not soccer etiquette.
Makes you think, doesn’t it?
No, they sent the medical paperwork to Schalke, read the club official statement.
Sylla is not actually injured. He’s fit to play. Whatever they “found” — painting a 25-y.o. as “injured” is unethical. Hurts the player most of all.
And just to save 1m bucks… dirty biz! NYCFC don’t deserve him.
Between the lines of Schalke’s statement, sounds like dirty biz by #NYCFC.
Moussa’s an excellent striker. He’ll help #Schalke much more scoring goals for promotion than in the BS “LoAn w/ oPtiOn” the #MLS org pushed for.
Shame on NYCFC for painting #Sylla as a health liability w/o evidence, too.

🖤🤍 (and please forgive me for the Vuskovic tweet… also… please bring Heung-Min Son back home!!)
I love this. I very much hope it’s true! Two of my favourite people support Tottenham. I guess I’ll have to go to a home game some time and see if I catch the bug.
