The theft is one of the top three issues with AI, but no one cares about that either, because it's only gone after us artists who, famously, society HIGHLY looks down upon. They'll be crying the blues when it comes for their jobs, though, and expect sympathy, which, nah, got nothin' for 'em.

Well, to be completely 1000% honest, it's coming for whatever their job is too, so hope they're ok when that happens.

You can't make such a violent technology and then expect people to lay down and take it like good little children. People have 100% reason to be FURIOUS, even beyond reason, about so extractive a technology. Fuck every thinkpiece of the "fringe" movement of the "anti-AI" movement coming out.

As if being kind and gentle in our analysis has ever won any hearts or minds or changed the direction of any tech company on this planet. Feels like a psyop to get ppl to "calm down" and accept their jobless, homeless, hopeless fates. Absolutely fuck that and fuck them.

I have nothing unique to say on the matter, just, now these people want "anti-AI" crowd to be peaceful in their critique and are being maligned as "toxic" for the anti-AI violence happening toward OpenAI - what do you expect when you steal not only jobs, but the thing that makes humans human - art?

I'm having a hard time feeling little more than raw rage toward any positivity aimed at gen AI and I'm sure it's making me look like a bad person, but I can't fathom ever not feeling anything other than anger toward a "tech" made off the backs of every artist who was ever alive.

"Violence is bad" or whatever, but maybe everyone involved with Palantir deserves to die painfully.
