Facebook is where I'm funny and make everyone think I'm happy.

Reddit is where I go to see that other peoples lives are worse than mine.

Threads is where I reveal my depression, as well as my political opinions.

I can't quite figure out what to do here.

Gonna try this out. Because I'm not wasting enough of my life doom scrolling social media as it is. And because other places are becoming too toxic and having a bad effect on my mental health.
