The driving scene in the multi story car park is amazing.

In the UK we had a woman a prime minister once, a certain Margaret Thatcher. It didn’t turn out to well.
One wonders about Wim Wenders. Not seen it since it came out but I remember it being a great film. I suspect a modern multiplex audience used to super hero movies might find the pacing a tad slow though.
Dave the Cardboard Box, such a tragic but familiar story.
Maybe they should actually think about running passenger trains on the bit that was finished months ago!
Looks like Kent viaduct in Arnside. The Cumbrian coast is a very scenic part of the UK, well worth exploring.
Not a fan of that paint job, I do like a 31 though.
I am old enough to remember when these were brand new.
I had to pay £400 for someone to clear my flat of the stuff I did not need when I moved out, and that was cheap compared to some quotes.
57006 ‘Freightliner Reliance’ working the 4M94 Felixstowe to Lawley Street freightliner at Tey Green on the 9th November 2006. More of my Class 57 images can be found here www.clickasnap.com/profile/anth...
57005 carry the livery of the short lived Advenza Freight operation working the 6O38 Stockton on Tees to Sheerness loaded scrap at Shepreth Branch Junction on the 11th May 2009. More of my Class 57 images can be found here www.clickasnap.com/profile/anth...
I read somewhere that the classical music was added as a first rough draft score during initial editing. A proper score was going to be written at a later date but Kubrick liked it so much he decided to keep it as it was.
I am not so sure, look at how many people support our own version of Trump, Nigel Farage.
I remember when Ferrari were threatening to pull out of F1 and start their own breakaway championship. It didn’t happen and neither will this.
Teams actually did this a few years ago. Mounting part worn tyres the wrong way round on the rims so they could reuse them. It led to a lot of high speed tyre failures during races so the practice was banned.
I used to whistle that theme tune to annoy my co workers once upon a time.
Liking the micro salad on the side, you did choose the healthy option after all.
I went to film the Class 93 ROG move out of Ely Papworth on Friday. The forecast was for 100% cloud so tried a wrong side shot in Ely, just before the train appeared the clouds parted and the sun came blazing through, typical!
Certainly rings a bell.
Nice shot. Very annoying alarm at the crossing if you are doing video sadly.
I do miss no longer having a bath tub since moving a year ago. Mind you I am getting to that age where getting out of one becomes a Herculean task.
Pretty much!
I am a fourth pancake, made out of the left over dregs that should have been put in the bin.
Not that much different to the turbo cars in the 80s which had boost buttons for overtaking, at the cost of high fuel consumption.
I don’t do much of either anymore.
Looks like Dudding Hill Junction and the long gone Colnbrook oil.
Fun fact, the great Murray Walker of F1 commentary fame came up with that slogan!
How can you betray a non binding referendum?
About time we had some decent weather for a change.
Reminiscent when Alonso was driving for Renault and they built a car with all the weight over the rear axle. This enabled Alonso to get lightning starts at every race. Banned by the regulations now so Ferrari must have found another solution.
