Nah all fine. A little slightly blurry text on a banner never hurt anyone.

150 is fine. No one's gonna be reading it up close. If you're feeling really ambitious go for 220. Vector is best for text and will look crisp (live or outlined type vs. raster photoshop type). You can do outlined type in Affinity and export to PDF to preserve it.
Part of the appeal of browsing archives is to find something few other people have seen.
[REDACTED] is free to read online. In analog fashion, it also appears in the "lo-fi horror" MAIDENS OF MIDNIGHT paperback, with grimy art by @luciaretamales.bsky.social: dimshores.bigcartel.com/product/the-...
[REDACTED] was a story I wrote in the classic horror author style: in chunks, to entertain some friends. I'm always surprised/pleased to see how much traction it's gained among short horror fans because its take on the "found footage"/creepypasta angle.
mockup cover of an anthology called [RECORDED], showing an old fashioned film camera with colorful glitch overlays, and a skull vaguely visible in the background; smaller text says "edited by Merc Fenn Wolfmoor"
'sup, sickos — who likes FOUND FOOTAGE???? good, because SO DO I and I am going to spend my tax monies on BRINGING MORE FICTION INTO THE WORLD and editing an anthology this summer. because we need more weird art and I want YOU to help make it. 👀⬇️

A screenshot from The Markaz Review’s “Iran: A Recommended Reading List.” The text reads: The Markaz Review Literature & Arts from the Center of the World In the midst of the ongoing U.S.-Israeli war on Iran, TMR reached out to a few contributors to ask: What should we be reading? In 1953, Iran’s prime minister Mohammad Mosaddegh was removed from power after he nationalized Iran’s oil industry, which had been controlled by the British company Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (later BP). The coup was supported and coordinated by the CIA and MI6, largely to protect western oil interests and prevent Iran from moving closer to the Soviet sphere during the Cold War. Iran +100 is a collection of speculative stories by ten authors, who imagine different futures for Iran 100 years after this coup. From the upturning of gender-power structures to the scarcity of energy resources in a sun-ravaged future, from magic realism to retro-futurism, they demonstrate how old struggles can always find new forms of expression. Iran +100: Stories from a Century after the Coup, edited by Fereshteh Ahmadi, Leila Elder, Peter Adrian Behravesh, Comma Press 2025
A lovely nod to IRAN+100 in @markaz-review.bsky.social’s Iran recommended reading list, among some excellent company.
At a time when the future of Iran feels painfully uncertain, these stories are sadly more relevant than ever.

oh LMAO well. international whiskey of mystery
tbf I sincerely doubt that it's that fast of a one, anyone buying a $20 blended whiskey in a plastic bottle has a good idea of what they're gonna get regardless of how many times the label has "deluxe" written on it
thank you for all your hard work!
transparently reposting for raffle, but gundampixel does great community tracking work for Gundam events and gunpla releases!
This two-anthology set has a REALLY nice lineup and I came across it only on Kickstarter, not in Any of my social media.
Seriously - Iasmin Omar Ata! Day Al-Mohamed! Safia Elhillo! Randa Jarrar! Fatimah Asghar!
Backed & you should take a look too -

Slay the Spire II and Pokopia came out on the same day, which I think is a combined effort to make me never do any work again

You can always try out whatever combo you're thinking on a plastic spoon!
I think it depends on the thickness of the coat! Using a small amount in a thin layer and letting it dry fully will coax a lot of paints into cooperating. Also, generally speaking, water-based acrylics can go on top of but not under other mediums. I've had good luck with Mr. Hobby topcoats myself.
