I try to avoid walking along the river after dusk because of coyotes in the neighbourhood. I have always assumed that they would see me as too big to be prey. Now I'm glad I've been cautious!

This is also such a ridiculous measure to take while simultaneously ignoring the airborne spread of viruses in school (and the community at large). Kids really are sick, very often, and public health's message is "stay home when sick." People are increasingly being punished for doing just that.

The biggest thing to understand with the Epstein Files is that, even when law enforcement has mountains of testimony, they do nothing. Women have long known the futility of speaking up. That needs to change.

I had one person yell at me that it’s okay that Carney is instituting a ton of Poilievre policies, because Poilievre would do the same thing but less competently.
