Currently reviewing and revising our California HOA's "Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions" (CCRs), and it's a really enlightening. It's a combination of individual, community, and corporate (lending institutions) needs all vying for codification. This is a good reasons to be involved locally.

The vast majority of the people we polled shared that they’re at least somewhat open about being furry at work, but that openness ranges from simple fursona animal paraphernalia on their desk to wearing their fursuit at the company Halloween party.
