Bridget Vanderpuff's third adventure is ready to be read! Martin Stewart's red-headed sleuth is headed off to Paris with her father when there's skullduggery afoot - both in Paris and at home. However will she manage? ;)

Three #middlegrade books I've translated a while ago have recently hit the book stores! Naughtiest Unicorn celebrates a Firework Festival - if that's even possible without the fireworks?
The Worst Class in the World is at it again and the Breakfast Club Adventures encounter a headless ghost!

I'm a bit behind on updating #mytranslation releases, but here's "No Place Left to Hide", written by the brilliant Megan Lally, translated for Uitgeverij De Fontein #PolitieNietBetreden

Puzzleheart by Jenn Reese was published by Uitgeverij Leopold as "Ontsnappen uit het Schaduwhuis" in my translation. It's a wonderful story full of heart, insecurities and love, dressed up in puzzles and mystery.

Sometimes you have to be patient and then the translations all come rolling in together. This isn't complete, but it's about two years' worth of translations I did for Veltman. Yay!

Just came on here to see if you were okay. Stay safe, Gili. Thoughts are with you, I hope this madness ends soon. <3

Escape from East-Berlin, Ontsnapping uit Oost-Berlijn is here. A great glimpse of the time just after the Wall was built, and in the days before it was taken down - told from the perspective of two children who can't wait to escape to the West.

Group photo of FOUR of my new translations, since I don't have the paper copies, the cover images will have to suffice. No less proud of them, though!
These are all so much fun to work on (but most of 'my' books are. #lovemyjob)

Haha, ich bin so ein komischer Typ, dass ich sogar meine Meinung ändere, wenn ich gute Gegenargumente höre!

First release of the year - #mytranslation of That's Not My Name by Megan Lally!

It's so nice to see one of #mytranslations in a new version almost ten years after it first appeared. I didn't even know there were newer editions with a different cover, but I found - and bought - one for the collection.

Bidding this year a goodbye (and in some aspects, good riddance) by looking back at some positive things, such as these wonderful books that've been published this year in #mytranslation. Proud and happy, and working on new titles!

Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to all!

Cover of my book in Dutch language, called "Het raadsel van de verdwenen mijter". It's a Sinterklaas mysterie in which Pietje investigates a few important items that've gone missing from Sinterklaas' museum.

Hello everyone! Maybe my first post is a good excuse to show you all my (Dutch) book containing a true Sinterklaas mystery! Available in print, audio and e-book in all regular book stores (and webshops).
And I'd love to connect with more (book) translators, (book) publishers, readers and writers.
