The amount of rest you need depends on your body’s recovery rate and your chosen programming.

I run an upper/lower split, and hit both twice a week. Lower A is quad dominant. Lower B is glute dominant. Upper A is chest dominant. Upper B is back dominant.

I typically rest 1 day after one AB block.
