I'd be quite curious to read that. Personal experience seems like views of async-await vary depending on the language used.
A-A was sorely needed in C# (given the old task implementation) and in Python appears dependant on whether asyncio is used. I haven't used JS enough recently to form a view.

For those curious as to why I've a sudden burst of activity after being away from here for months - I'm one of those currently working on moving off the blue bird that's more like a vulture on fire nowadays.
Right now, that means finding Bluesky accounts for mutuals and throwing follows to them.
At this point, it's probably gone beyond "just a habit". 😳
