Last night we conducted an interview with a potential candidate. These usually include a tour of the properties, a meal, and questions from current residents
We've recently also moved towards a second round with candidates joining us at a social event to get an idea of what our community is like
Today we did a design walkthrough for our to-be-renovated common area. We're hoping to incorporate elements like a bulletin board, a concealable projector that makes the room less "TV-centric", and capacity for up to 20 person seated dinners.
Today we handed over the deposit check for our common area renovation! We're working to rebuild in a way that is better suited to meetings, parties, and events.
