This birthday trip my sister decided to plan for my mom is getting so expensive that I’m considering not going on my own birthday trip that I planned for later this year because it’s at point where it’s going to have to eat into my vacation fund. 🫩

I don’t feel like the performance was as great as it was hyped up to be, but I see a lot of potential for their live performances to get better and be incredible. Also there were weird things going on with the audio which might’ve been a factor.

I know basically nothing about Katseye but the comments on all the Coachella live streams have been hyping their show up. I’m tuning in so I can understand why everyone loves them so much. I’m sure it’ll be a great performance!

I was so close to taking my pint of frozen custard out of the freezer until I remembered I need to bake some cornbread today because I need to use the last of the buttermilk I have in my fridge.

Voted for a mobility project in my neighborhood and never considered what that would mean for traffic during construction. It’s added nearly an extra hour to my total commute each day. I’m sure it will all be worth it in the end though.

I’m tempted to but I’ve somehow convinced myself that I might act on and offer one day 😅

Between MGM and the entire Spurs organization my inbox has been filled with even more marketing emails than I could’ve ever imagined

As many times as I’ve been to Vegas this last trip was the first one where I really gambled. And now I’m constantly getting emails with offers from every casino resort in the MGM portfolio 😵‍💫

With the Heat no longer in the running for a playoff spot (not that I wanted it to them this year anyway), I’m going to support the teams from Texas. My hometown team the Rockets and the team that has been trying for years to convert me — the Spurs.

UT Austin did the same thing last year. Not surprised TAMU decided to take a similar route. It’s not a good thing.

I forgot my lunch at home and I made a really good turkey sandwich. That’s so frustrating. But I got to work late so I wasn’t going to take a lunch break anyway so I guess it all works out.
