games industry known layoffs to date since 2020

Closing March 2026, here are the known games industry layoffs since 2020. The dashboard now shows quarterly totals in addition to monthly and yearly totals to help show boarder trends. This past quarter has been markedly bad both for known impacted headcount, and known waves (57% without headcount!)
