Gleam's CI is hitting a bug in Node on Windows.
Can anyone recommend a service where I can quickly and easily spin up a short-lived Windows machine for testing and debugging?

wow look at the detail on these!
Super impressive!
Wow, amazing!
That's strange, it shouldn't be possible for an editor to stop the new functionality from being usable.
The only thing I could think of is if they were forcing a specific Gleam version, in which case it's totally broken as the LS and the CLI would disagree about stuff.
Perfect, thank you!
Best of luck!
share your projects with me, I need to geek out about them
What editors and IDEs have some Gleam support or a Gleam plugin?
I'm aware of Emacs, Gram, Helix, Neovim, Sublime Text, Vim, VS Code, and Zed so far.
I find it rather distasteful how much information it collects, and I would much prefer that not to be normal.
congrats!
With Plausible is there a way to view the stats for all pages that have a particular path prefix?
I want to see how people are using Gleam's new install guides!
Don't wanna give Microsoft your details but do wanna support Gleam? We've got options for you now!
Oh yes we do them sometimes. Finding a space is difficult so we've just done socials recently rather than things with talks and such.
Where are you based? Maybe there can be a meetup before then
the dial up of big data
It was! It went amazingly so I think there will be another next year.
This article on the Nasa moon landings features a stunningly beautiful diagram titled "Geometric Perspective of First Earth-Moon Photo".
I would _love_ to see more like it, but the source link is broken. Does anyone know where I can find more? π

ooooh what's @gleam-news.bsky.social π
honestly not a terrible idea
You are correct
Never underestimate the bandwidth of a van full of hard drives going down the motorway
I want to buy a laptop from someone here in the UK.
I would like some protection like I would get using eBay or another public marketplace site, but the sale isn't open to other buyers.
Can anyone recommend a service for this? π
Yeah! I'm so impressed by how high the quality was all around. Not a single dud talk, the the hallway track was fantastic
Genuinely my favourite conference I've attended so far. It was brilliantly organised, all the talks were amazing, and it was such a pleasure to talk to everyone and finally meet people in person who I had only known online.
Definitely will be back for Gleam Gathering 2027!
Danielle's talk on the correct way to abbreviate the term "WebAssembly" was excellent.
(ok it also was about Gleam and Wasm itself, but the abbreviation bit seemed key)
I am loving this series of dev-blogs from @curlingio on their migration to Gleam.
It's so interesting and informative to see inside big projects like these, and to understand the decisions and the challenges.
If you have time, please publish reports like these for your projects!
I feel like you shouldn't complain about people stealing your content when you famously stole all your content.
