Yeah, YouTube is one place you can upload. Spotify, Apple, any place you would want to have it available. This is not my area of expertise, so it may be helpful to search out podcasters who have been doing it for a while.

It's just coming up with your topic and format, have bare minimum a laptop with a camera and mic, and hit record.
