1. This weekend, a federal judge permanently blocked funding threats to providers and hospitals that provide trans youth care.

The judge also blocked "any similar policy."

Hospitals have NO excuse and must return to providing care under many blue state laws.

It sucks when it happens, and it never feels good. But unless it looks like a truly significant portion of your audience had "the wrong take-away message" then you don't help by engaging in confrontational back and forth disagreements over it. You just read as defensive, and nobody learns anything.

Things for video creators (including myself) to keep in mind #87:
If some of your audience is taking away a conclusion you weren't aiming for, you don't have to directly engage with or rebuke/debunk that.
Take a breath, see if you can spot the communication gap, take it on board for next time.

Art is a snapshot in time of not only intent but what was able to be accomplished by those people under those circumstances. It's a time capsule as much as anything else. And I fucking HATE that they do this shit to "fix it." Bad art is important too.
