Has anyone seen my poster? Some miscreant stole it at the conference. A ⍲30 reward to anyone who can track it down
It has my proof of a Productive Life and I can't live without it
#TheORGWelcomesYou to return my poster
just found out that useless IT Team member Weber forgot to load our content on to the drives
he is no longer with The ORG
Thanks to Jiro Armstrong for helping us track down incompetence
only productivity no mistakes in The ORG
I love my calculator almost as much as I love my stapler
I overheard two developers talking about “friendslop”
At The ORG we call this growth
You recruit five friends, you beat them at co op
they understand your prowess
And suddenly your skill tree is vertically aligned
A new neighbor waved at me while I was checking the mail and now he is scheduled for a casual introductory coffee about scalable success
our network guy said something about a network being down
Hes no longer part of the family
nothing in The ORG goes down we always moving up and forward
My watch says I walked 35,000 steps today which is good but steps are just momentum units and momentum is what keeps The ORG expanding
time to get 35,000 more
People say weekends are for rest but the success never rests and neither does belief
I arrived at the conference at 4:11am
The doors were locked but success is not about doors it is about presence
If you stand confidently outside a building long enough eventually people assume you belong there
Someone asked what I do outside of work and I had to think for a moment because outside of work is a concept I am not aware of
People really can’t understand what it is like to be me - even if you have walked a few miles in my shoes
Everyone still underestimates me after all of this time - I am more than happy to use this to my advantage to teach a lesson or two
A philosophy I bring to my leadership at the ORG is to not let anyone mess with your pocketbook. Financial damage can come from any direction
The key to maintaining competitive advantage over your opponents is to not let the cat out of the bag. We are always adopting new strategies to protect our proprietary user experience data at the ORG
I’m especially proud of the ORG for its dedication to keeping our ORG family refreshed and hydrated with our state of the art water filtration systems
I can’t stand people who aren’t willing to change their mindsets on scheduling and calendars. Calendars are like coloring books, you need to fill in the whole thing
A recent productivity booster in the ORG has been to disallow the consumption of fluids on premises to help optimize rug cleaning bills. The returns on this policy improved our Q4 returns by 0.03%!
A company that isn’t a family is like orange juice without the pulp. What are you supposed to do with orange juice without the pulp???
Every ladder sways a little at the top
some call that a flaw
we log it as known issue; wont fix and continue the ascent
Leadership is not disappearing when things get complicated
it is not quietly going afk when the numbers stall
it is staying visible in the room
Everyone wants innovation
few want responsibility
if it works on my device it should work on yours too
Alignment isnt built in comfort
its built on concrete floors and tired feet
long days that turn into longer commitments
People overthink culture and underthink results
at some point you have to open the dashboard and whisper make number go up
and then actually do it
Trust isnt about polish its about presence
its about looking someone in the eye and saying im not a robot
and meaning it even when you didnt rehearse
Success is not about being invited
It is about updating the agenda
We’re making the world a better place at The ORG
I arrived the night before and aligned the chairs to face me
By morning the speaker asked who was in charge
I stood CONFIDENTLY
In 1989 I attended a summit called THINK BIGGER THAN YOUR DESK
It was held in a beige conference room with motivational carpeting
They told us success is a mindset
It is a haircut
It is a handshake that lasts half a second too long
