This requires political leadership—both elected and appointed—who can:
• Build deep empathy for their constituents 𝘢𝘯𝘥 civil servant colleagues
• Build and maintain political support while modernizing their bureaucracies
• Actually deliver results

This conversation captures why I've been focused on political leadership development. We need our representative governments (all 90,000+ federal, state, and local governments in the nation) to effectively respond to the needs and interests of their communities 𝘢𝘯𝘥 be perceived as doing so.
