I'm seeing a few posts about taking individual action on environmental issues. I don't want to rubbish them. I think they're important additions to the cause.
BUT
They can't compare to political action. Politics could solve our environmental issues overnight if the will was there.

Black aluminium foil sounds interesting. I haven’t seen it in the uk. I just cook sweet potatoes in the microwave oven. Not sure if they taste the same as oven baked but they still taste nice, and it’s much quicker. 😊
