I really appreciate all the people who have made me feel seen or heard even for a moment though. I'm starting to get why my maasi gets all emotional when she tells me she feels like I actually listen to her.

Today I've journaled, worked out, cleaned and done anything else I could think of to help genuinely nothing is my asking me feel any less upset.

I'm just so exhausted and it's crazy cause I'm constantly paring my life down in every way I can to preserve energy, but my last concussion and knee injuries has really changed my life so much, and all for the worse.

This is now my de facto alt n cause I'm too lazy to make one anywhere else but I feel insane lately cause I'm clearly making the best work of my life across multiple mediums and still today is the day I can remember ever feeling like giving up on everything
