I saw Honeymoon Suite open for Jethro Tull. And I saw Loverboy three times before I graduated high school. Their first album still bangs like a screen door in a hurricane.
Also - SAGA. The kids must know of SAGA

Back atcha Neil!
This doesn't 'undo' the fuckery of the world, but... as I stare down the barrel of 60... the lesson life has taught me is to appreciate the good things, because it will keep you upright & going forward into the hurricane winds.
And I have brilliant, talented, wonderful people in my life.
The "2026 Books" are almost completed & will be printing before the end of the month. We're already deep into production of the 2027 line of books & developing the 2028 line.
And let me tell you, the world is on fire in so many ways, but I truly appreciate the good people I get to work with.
You'd think there would be more opium dens involved in such a transaction!
I'm an art heathen and have ALWAYS used gouache like watercolor. A worse offense, I use oil paint... Cut with a mix of linseed oil, damage varnish and turpentine, like watercolor.
(Which is how your author fucked up his lungs in the 80s-90s)
My dude...
This was a LOT of fun... Check it out!
My Dad was blue collar, gas station, auto parts-selling... He was also violent & abusive & didn't hold a job longer than 9 months... My entire early career was fueled by the desire to spite him.
(Which has been successful for 40 years, so there is that.)
Larger point? The WORK is ALWAYS the thing.
The capsule the second before splashdown.
My heart...
Welcome home.
Oh man... I love actual space exploration. This has the biggest lump in my throat.
That's a BEAUTIFUL chute deployment
Man... Called out on main, Brian.
We chat with filmmaker and comic book writer David Dastmalchian about Through, his latest graphic novel from Z2 Comics: www.comicbookcouplescounseling.com/post/david-d...
OK thank you for the assist and feedback!
You need a LAFF. Right? HERE!
Question to anyone who has a Lufthansa acct...
Are you able to log in, or is it just something weird on my end?
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
I'm right there with you on this. As I said prior - "I would love to be proven wrong about this chucklefuck, but I'm willing to make a sizable money bet that I'm not."
Going back to the daily worry that some lunatic would push the button wasn't the glorious move towards progress that we were promised the future held, Tom.
Impending apocalypse is bad enough, knowing it's because SO MANY MOTHERFUCKERS were stupid enough to vote for him is enraging.
It was entirely how I got through my teens and 20s. I find it unbearably sad that I have to return to that state.
That is a fine selection of filmic storytelling!
A little bit of 1968 in the mix!
I went to the last shuttle launch, STA-135 (Where I met @lartist.bsky.social !) and I love space exploration, so I'm so happy to see this successful launch, and I am having... As the kids say... The feels.
These are exceptional!
This is the caption for the New Yorker cartoon we deserve.
We used to refer to that in the 90s as Indie-Band-Sellout-Syndrome. It can't possibly be cool if the average person likes them... They can only have value if it requires someone as eclectic and brilliant and quirky as *I* am to appreciate them.
I miss the days when Apple and Google actually developed product based on actual perceived need and improving customer experience.
