Like on one hand, having a clean sketch makes the painting part easier with less adjustments, but on the other, that takes me double the amount of time compared to spending a few hours blobbing down a messy sketch/underpaint and overpainting everything later

Trying to force my art process back into being looser and not overly cleaned up (especially with my sketches turning into lineart) is so hard since that's what I'm used to now -
