2025 Life Recap:
- Lost 110lbs
- Made some awesome new friends
- Made closer connections to some existing friends
- Started getting back into sports (Pickleball and Power Lifting)
- Hitting new Strength PRs (300lb bench press, 500lb deadlift)
- Developed additional Sleep Problems

I know I don't stream on schedule anymore - but debating doing a streaming Advent Calendar. 25 Days - 25 Different Games across multiple consoles.

The only hurdle are Tuesday nights because of Pickleball League, so it would be 2 games on a Wednesday lol.

yeah typically nightmares don't wake me up, it's the noises in my nightmares that wake me up. My nightmares are war focused, so me fighting in wars (typically WW2 and Vietnam - because the games I play). But explosions and screams will wake me up almost instantly if it seems to real.

I use to do melatonin, but it gave me brutal nightmares so had to stop it. CBD doesn't help me fall asleep but it keeps me asleep - but it gives me WILD lucid dreams.

I have issues sleeping. I take around 70mg of CBD to keep me asleep - so I'm sure the dr next month will prescribe a sleep aid since I haven't slept properly in like 3 months

yeah... When I get asked what I do for work I just laugh lol. I have my hands in EVERYTHING at work - so on paper Project Manager, but realistically I do close to 6 people worth of work.

I'm mentally cooked after work, then if it's a Pickleball night my feet and hips are sore for like 4 days lol

My goal for 2025 was 100lbs and I still have 2 months to go so hopefully I'll pass the 100lb mark. My goal weight is to get back down to like 225 or 230lbs.

It's oddly been kind of fun, I had to gameify to keep consistent lol. #foreveragamer

Doctor basically told me fix it or else. So after fighting for a little over a year to get blood work normal and blood pressure normal - I saw results and took it more serious this year which has paid off so far. Eat a lot better and physically active 4 days a week + Pickleball, just melted off.

I had a ROUGH 2020 - 2023, gained a TON of weight , mental health, all the fun stuff. Gallbladder attack led me to the ER then went to the doctor for a hernia check and was told my blood work was not good..

Officially down 100lbs this year.

Keeping my head up and chugging forward - my friends have been my backbone through this. You know who you are.

In the end I know what I'm doing is the best thing I can be doing for me. I know I'll be happier when it's over, but it has been dealing a lot of rough terrain this last year. BUT 80lbs down, 20lbs to go to meet my year goal.

- Slight Eating Disorders. Being so focused on numbers, I stop thinking about the healthy parts and only care about the number being lower which leads me to not eating at all or barely anything.

- Heightened Anxiety. I feel like when I do screw up, which I do often - that it's the end of the world and I'll never recover from it. which leads me into...

Down 80lbs this year - there's a lot of things you're not prepared for when losing a lot of weight, in my experience.
- Body Dysmorphia. As I lose this weight, I don't see change like others are seeing, all I see are the imperfections caused from being overweight. It's hard to take compliments.
