I think RiD had some additional graphics added for point of view shots and stuff like that in some episodes. I guess you'd have to recreate those if there's nothing like it in the Japanese version.
Not impossible, but seems like a lot of work.

Fan art by Ninjatron paying homage to Bruce Timm's Justice League artwork, but with the DC super heroes swapped with classic anime characters. Captain Harlock, Cyborg 009, Cutie Honey, Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Lupin III, Astro Boy, and Sailor Moon.
On this day, April 15, in 2008, I uploaded what would become my most popular artwork, The Justice League of Anime. It took on a life of its own. I'm very proud of and I still find people discussing it now and again.
Coincidentally, I've been thinking about it a lot recently. I still see potential.
How come I can't find Twizzlers Gummies anymore?
The kind that taste like real red licorice but they're not.
They only show up in my usual haunts once in awhile, but it's been awhile.

That's a fair commentary. It was basically about how characters needed to get from one place to another and have an adventure in-between, but there was so much stuff and barely a moment to appreciate the space-epic scope of it all, like how it felt to play Super Mario Galaxy.
Just got out from seeing #SuperMarioGalaxyMovie, and that sure was a movie with a lot of stuff in it.
Even the music. Every tune was actually 15 other tunes.
I liked it though, don't get me wrong. It was fun. I'm just saying, there wasn't a lot of room for nuance or whatever.

I was looking for it to include in a panel I presented at TFcon last summer about SD Transformers, but couldn't find it online. I hoped I had a copy saved somewhere, and I found it on an old CDR!
Unfortunately, I didn't end up using it in the panel due to time, but it's here now!

In case you can't figure it out, take a look at the letters L and I and wonder if maybe there should have been at least a little bit more space in between there.
I love searching for old commercials for toy lines, especially from other countries. I just found an ad for "Robo Machines", which is a UK version of the 1980s GoBots.
This shot makes me laugh uncontrollably.
I hope I'm not the only one who sees it.
A few days ago I saw a faux illustration that was clearly AI generated, but was not labelled as such. It was so incredibly awful and bothered me so much that I showed it on my last Twitch stream and went on a rant about it as I picked apart its many flaws.
I recorded it. Do people want to see it?
