my antidepressant finally has adjusted so now we're starting the tapering down process of the med i've been on for overrr a decade that im nto supposed to be on.

im in the second week of the first reduction and the first week was reallyyy rough. admittedly though now i'm feeling level and good

Just did an interview that I felt went SUPER well for a dog training position. ♥️
The best part is the interview felt mutual. I felt confident about my knowledge, and in control. I asked questions, looked into the company, and they operate in a way that I personally completely stand for. -cont in pic

So sorry for my absence. I've been insanely ill since last Monday. Im only now getting over it. My immune system is deplorable and Ive been insanely tired. I have done so little lately. I wish I had the money to see a rheum again, but I don't so I just rough it out until I work hard and do.

i just hate that its taking this long to rly work thru 😭 i just want to even somewhat normal again. i made some great progress reducing most of the meds and it felt amazing but its been so discouraging feeling like i'm not -quite- back to where i need to be and not being able to break through fully.

just to elaborate on this more

i have been misdiagnosed with bipolar when i actually had autism.

i was severely over medicated for almost a decade of my life and extremely numb and slowly losing interest/motivation in things i cared about across the board (art included).

Had a really big breakthrough in therapy that may help me out of my awful rut. Here's to hoping for more productivity and feeling less deadlocked when it comes to motivation of any kind.
