Same camp. I know individuals use it to tidy up emails and other tedious tasks. So, I’ve asked it to transform references in a manuscript to another style and it was unable to do so accurately. I continue to be confused as to how this technology is worth the destruction of the environment…

I cried tears of relief when I received the email that our daughter got a spot in the child development center on my campus. And then I got angry that childcare is such a huge source of stress and uncertainty for so many of us.

Uhhh this continues to be a huge thing today. At every recruiting event they claim they want to be criminal justice majors to go into forensics or criminal profiling 🤔

Nah. A male candidate. I don’t recall his name and I don’t want to search for him as I don’t want his website or ad to gain any more views.

It is disappointing that individuals will visit here and believe that we support such a message. I promise there are many good people here that do not support racism, xenophobia, and fear mongering!

Living in central TX I keep seeing a commercial for a local race where the candidate is running on this specific platform. I was so confused the first time I saw it. Distracting the masses from the fact that all our utility rates have increased in the last year among other more important things?

One of the major reasons I cancelled my Amazon Prime account is that their streaming service is so crappy and they rarely had anything I wanted to watch. BTW I cancelled after seeing one of your posts and a few others. I thought it would be challenging to not have an account, but it’s been fine!

Experimental evidence that students are more likely to contest grades when they are delivered by an evaluator with a female-sounding name.

"These findings suggest that women in evaluative positions face disproportionate resistance when delivering negative assessments."

After working in the criminal justice system having to deal with crimes against children, I would argue to not post photos on ANY social media accounts. It’s definitely very challenging to not post when you have a cute baby you want to share with world! Grandparents get REAL mad too 🙄

Today is #NationalLawEnforcementSuicideAwarenessDay

I wrote this dedication for my dissertation in 2021. In the 4 years since, another 500 officers have died by suicide. It is for these individuals - these mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, friends - that I do this work. (1/)

'Rapture' comes from the Latin 'rapere' meaning "to seize and carry off."

'Raptor' also comes from 'rapere.'

We hope neither carries you off today.

I played too. My husband would poke fun at me for obsessing over logs after raid night. He didn’t understand that as a female, I felt like I couldn’t mess up a fight or even be mediocre. It wasn’t fun. I quit when working on dissertation and have never played again.
