It would help so much if you could RT my post above about my etsy shop.I confess I've really struggled with pretty severe mental illness this yr which has prevented me from working for much of it. A repost will put my shop in front of a few more eyes.I appreciate your support here so much, thankyou🌿

Thanks for asking Warren! You encourage me to create a sister piece in an edition, which has been on my mind. This is two views of a single piece, which found a home, but there are variations in my head! It'll take a little while, but I'll announce here & at forestrogers.com

I think my artistic role model from here on out may be the orchestra on the deck of the Titanic.

Octopoid Descending, three views... Three views. She was a wonderful commission for Illuxcon, IX. In Kato Polyclay, 43 inches.

Thanks! I do love working on undersea subjects, or airy subjects for just that reason, that one can work for a fluid quality. Yes, there's an extensive skeleton! Wire & brass. She's in Kato Polyclay, much stronger than the Sculpey clays for thin elements like tentacles & just slightly flexible. :)

Bitter days.

Thanks! This was about 43" in all, but this is a small detail... I'll post the rest soon. She has long tentacles. Her head itself measured about 2.5 inches as I recall, which will give an idea.
