- Even though I am 3,000 miles from my family, I remain forever grateful that they are in my life... especially because around the holidays, not everyone else can say the same.
- Rather than only always asking the Universe for things, I always remember to express my gratitude and remain spiritual.
- I remember my self worth and prioritize my mental health much more now. I'm working on increasing my focus on my physical health as well.
- Whenever loneliness attempts to bring me down, I remember the peace that I feel having removed myself from old habits and energies that no longer serve me.
- The rest of my time will be focused on being as successful at achieving my dreams as I can while giving back to the community that has supported me so much and that I love with all my heart.
- Because my schedule apparently saves space for my creative endeavors, then I will continue to ignore negative self-talk as well as external negativity.
This month has been especially hard. Yet I still give thanks for the blessings that have come into my life:
- Although I'm only part-time, the work I do at my day job empowers me to feel like I help the community in a major way.

Traveling has been really great after so many years of not being able to do it. I realized that if I'm going to be writing about adventures, then it's high time I made some of my own! Looking forward to the places I have yet to experience. ✈️
I put WAAAYYY too much pressure on myself in far AND recent past. I've come to realize that was because some of the people in my life didn't value me. So I mistakenly transferred some of that into my own consciousness. I've since rejected that thinking, and I'm better for it! ☮️
It costs nothing to be kind to someone during your day and along your travels. The payoff to your emotional well being and theirs is invaluable. Now, more than ever, people need kindness like that, so I'll continue to ignore the noise that being kind is a weakness. 💪🏿
I really feel at my best when I'm in the company of a partner who truly cares about me. But self love comes first, so that my heart remains open enough to find that special someone. Working on that! 💜
