You know how I spent the afternoon? Planting veggies in my container garden (with marigolds, too, as pest deterrents). I garden every summer. Planting much more intensively this year, to hedge against food shortages. ICE’s actions mean fewer ag workers. The Strait closure means fertilizer shortages.
