SolarSPELL is now in Senegal! Last week, we led a train-the-trainer with Tostan facilitators, who will use the digital libraries in their Community Empowerment Program. Our first collection in French & Pulaar, this library was curated to support Tostan's adult education curriculum.

Last month, we trained the new cohort of Peace Corps Vanuatu Volunteers (PCVs) & their local counterparts. 🇻🇺 We also visited 2 of the PCVs we trained in September — Maggie uses the library to prepare health trainings & Baylea's school uses SolarSPELL to find teaching materials for their students.

#ImpactResults: Training in conservation agriculture boosts farmers' maize yields by 47.5% over traditional practices; when paired with SolarSPELL, they gain an additional 9%! PLUS, SolarSPELL users went on to teach and additional 108 farmers on average!
