Dealing with these thoughts for hours a day everyday and persevering is something I can be proud of. I’m sorry this was probably a depressing answer instead of a nice one lol… but it truly is what I’m most proud of.

When I was in high school, I didn’t think I’d live past 18, but I kept pushing. In a little over a month, I’m gonna turn 30 which is a huge accomplishment for me. I’ve had chronic SI since I was 13 - I wish I could say I don’t have it anymore, but it remains…

I have “quiet BPD”, so a lot of people don’t think I’m the kind of person that would have it. Most people don’t know about any impulsive behaviors I have and just notice the “over control” I have with a lot of topics because of my OCD. I actually meet all 9 of the diagnostic criteria for BPD. 😭

I am so tempted to send this to my psychiatrist haha 🤣 He told me to read a book called "F*ck It Therapy" (which is on my bookshelf, but I haven't started yet 😭) so I think he'd appreciate this haha
