We moved to Myrtle Beach last October. We love it. It's big enough to have some variety, so it's not all Dirty and Murder. Then again, we're from Detroit. ;)

What is with founders who expect a new hire to successfully step right into a role without some time onboarding and learning context? Just because you're a startup doesn't mean everyone starts at exactly the same starting line.

Learned a few more lessons today. I want to be nowhere near Washington DC or anywhere else "professionalism" is a measuring stick rather than skill. Believing everything fits one mold or framework isn't realistic and inhumane.
