Not to nitpick and this is clearly not the point but… is that not Mario, as opposed to Luigi?

"You can tell this drawing is AI because [insert stylistic quirk]."
My sweet little children, WE DID THOSE THINGS FIRST. AI didn't invent the Oxford comma or the em dash - we used them correctly, and AI *stole our work*.

No I will not be watching, sharing, or caring about that reboot of that horrid wizard lady's books. And neither should you, because - again - she is HORRID. #TransRights #FuckOffJK
Which past era of Oscars/Best Picture are you referring to?

An essential development over the past decade-plus is that the ignorant went from feeling chastened when their ignorance was revealed to banding together and deciding that, actually, they were right. They might disagree at times, but they agreed that ignorance itself was an indicator of trust.
It could be one more weird anomaly in this unending cycle of what the fuck.
Yikes.
Is FilmInk run by right-wingers? The pejorative, dog-whistle wording used here is certainly a choice.
My Puerto Rican husband David has discovered an entire new community of Australian Puerto Ricans because of this concert. Seeing them celebrate and share culture this weekend has been extraordinary.
One of the most incredible things I’ve ever witnessed.
Surely when someone demonstrably lied, you can say the word “lied” in the news?

It drove me crazy watching the stats on that post skyrocketing. It was categorically untrue!
There was a post going around the other day that the Muppets never broke the fourth wall on being puppets, and I disagree. It happened relatively often. They were just such incredible characters, so incredibly performed, that you just didn't care.

OK "god bless america" and then naming every country in the americas from south to north is absolute king shit
Haha all good, was just confused.
I believe it was milk, but yes. And there’s a very similar moment where he blows out a candle in the Alice Cooper episode.
I am playing nicely? That commenter’s reply just didn’t seem to correspond to what I said so I wondered if it was a mistake.
Sorry I don’t understand how this is a reply to what I said.
Not entirely true. In the very first episode, Kermit stares down the barrel of the camera and says, “think about it, folks” after a puppetry trick. There are also several episodes where they had non-muppet puppets as guests, and those were full of winking gags. They did it rarely but they did do it.
Apologies for the typo. Regardless of muppet content being relatively cheap-ish, I think the idea that it could be the *most* popular/profitable brand under the Disney umbrella is… frankly insane. But I admire the optimism. I’ll be thrilled if it merely becomes viable.
I can’t tell if this is a bit. Would love to hear your reasoning. I adore the muppets, but more profitable than Star Ware, superheroes and princesses? I’m not sure that’s the world we live in.
Sometimes people do things to you that you can’t do anything about. You just have to survive it and go on.
