Happy #siop acceptance day to all who celebrate! I’m super proud of my three 2nd yr MS students who all had their first-author posters accepted, as well as an awesome rumination symposium I’m thrilled to be a part of!! Let’s go, Denver!!

Here are all the funded NIH grants I’ve written including review sheets. If you need a sample F31, F32, K99/R00, R24, R25, or R01, this might be useful. Please be respectful of the content. Some of this may be too old to be helpful. Apologies in advance if I don’t respond to an email w a Q…
Hahaha, I really hope this catches on!!
I don’t know. I’m not going to bash the b-schools. I do question the systems in place though that lead to these behaviors. Should we punish the profs? Maybe…But perhaps b-school reform on defining performance and prestige needs transformation? Maybe that’s what can come of this. My two cents.
Not to mention, maybe these alleged fraudulent behaviors are LEARNED from trusted mentors and superiors? Well, then that just perpetuates the cycle. Also, folks benefit from the system that produces these behaviors. So what are we left with? (4/?)
When you have new TT profs in top tier b-schools who’s pubs in only “prestigious” journals count (as one example), they may feel pressured for any number of reasons to engage in misconduct (3/?)
Does this mean all business school psych research is f*cked? No. But we do need to recognize that at many b-schools, reputation and prestige IS THE NAME OF THE GAME. These systems have the capacity to open the door to these behaviors. (2/?)
I’ve seen a lot of buzz around this article, and I wanted to share some thoughts. Do the cases of fraud and misconduct mean the folks listed in this article are bad people? No. Did they allegedly engage in bad practices? Yes, whether intentionally or not. (1/?)
