My writing characters presentation is just about done! Trying to distill character creation down was a challenge.

Trying out different forms of dictation. I pause a lot while I think and the computer's built in speech to text HATES that.

Just keep writing at least 5 minutes per day. Definitely struggling with the whole you need to write to get better but my taste means I'm not satisfied with what I write yet.

Doing the July writing challenge of 5 minutes a day. I've made just about every day so far and finally started writing some scenes for my novel. They are terrible, but I keep telling myself that is what a first draft is.

Them big ears! I'll add a bit about the Pocketlings in a post, which is the critter this will eventually be.

Finally getting somewhere with Fosshape after a few failed attempts! I made a base shape with paper, tape and aluminum foil and then did a duct tape pattern off of that. I sewed together the pieces of Fosshape and then steamed it for it to harden up. Now I'm reinforcing areas with wire.

Trying to figure out Fosshape XD I'm having a time over here. I did discover that machine sewn seams realllly don't play nice with the material, too bulky. If anyone has any tips and tricks - lemme know! I'm trying to build a fursuit head. I've worked in upholstery before but this is a new beast.
