Today specifically is National Library Worker's Day in the US! Library workers are so much more than librarians - it's the janitors, maintenance crew, volunteers, event staff, social media coordinators, paraprofessionals (like me!) - all working towards making libraries a great place to be!

This year I want to encourage you all to find something new to love about your library. Visit the library with a friend! Find the community spaces! Look up events! Join a reading group! Ask the librarians about something you're curious about! Try something new! There is something here for everyone!

this but also "already works" is a VERY loose designation. pretty much anything published has bugs, and the publishers almost certainly know about them but at a certain point its get it out there or get stuck bug hunting forever. the key is prioritizing visible bugs so it SEEMS fine

i get that giving themselves plausible reason to issue more denials seems profitable, but imo not at least performing basic CYA like "did this account have an identical PA approved before" is just. a real bad idea.
