I have chronic pain regardless of what I use but I also do a lot of traditional art where my neck is always angled downward so rriiiiip.

I actually remember using an easel for my comics for a time. And I have a drafting table I never use 😂 Sometimes as artists we are just a lil dumb LOOOOL

Regardless I just really am over the idea artists NEED certain tools to be a “proper” artist. People draw in MS Paint with touch pads and their work is just as good and valued lol like come on now, it’s 2026 we gotta get over this 😂

Lots of people keep using the “I can’t! The brain disconnect!!” Excuse which I think is valid tbh. MOST people can get used to it if they try hard enough for a few months, but I’ve known people who tried that long or years and it just never clicked for them! Screens are better for them.

There’s plenty of reasons people prefer screen tablets, but the idea you NEED one is goofy AF. Regular tablets are JUST as good and yes, all of this!

I hate screen tablets, personally lol iPads are ok now and then but not my fav.
