I agree to all of these. I’d add, in my experience, it’s a conversation with myself…and evidence, that I can do hard things. Writing’s never easy. But it is rewarding, nonetheless.
I find models placing participants’ needs front and center have lasting effects.
Speed learning, spark and tell, 4 corners, rocks or sucks are some examples that come to mind.
It need not be complicated.
Spaces that prioritize learning and a sense of community belonging will sustain momentum.
