5th time lucky! Finally got a London Marathon place after 4 rejections (got the technical jackets to prove it 😅) 1st marathon was Brighton 2019. Mostly shorter distances these days but nice to have something to aim for again. Important that bit of personal space when everything is a state of flux. 🏃‍♂️

It's looking like an ALL TIME global attendance record for parkrun today, of well over 350,000 completing their 5k! 💥💥 #parkrun

Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake was the perfect end to 3 day residence in London. The raw power and emotional intensity of this groundbreaking production got me completely engrossed. A masterclass in contemporary dance storytelling. #SwanLake #MatthewBourne #Dance"
