what I did was I put shout (and a couple other things) in a separate window, which I cover with a random plugin config window when I need to hide it

so I have a keybind for a macro that does /eldebuffs which opens that plugin's config and blocks the chat

Seibu Cup Soccer is flagged as "not working" in MAME, due to unemulated protection. It does boot up and run. Once a soccer match starts, all the players except you and the goalies immediately flee the field. (The blue and red dots escape the minimap at the top center...and just keep going!)
