RIP Cillian Flaherty #irelandsfittestfamily Last night's episode Ireland's Fittest Family featured the family of teenage contestant Cillian Flaherty,tragically passed away last year before the series aired. The 15-year-old from Whitestown in Blanchardstown died suddenly at home on October 21 2024.

Had a lovely walk today after the rain in #Duncannon. I admit i did trespass through the fields . There were no cows around. #wexcocouncil should make this a #wexfordwalkingtrail .

Delighted for you!!! I’ve got high cholesterol history… . My mother’s cholesterol was over 8 at one time. And she was the healthiest 80 year old !!!! I’m keeping an eye on that especially!
