I’ve had the gun control conversation so many times and listened to all of the push back against the massive evidence that gun control DOES virtually eliminate mass shootings.

I’m always left in the position of saying “So what then? You just think US people are just inherently more homicidal?”.

I realized while living in countries that DO HAVE STRICT GUN CONTROL that we in the US live every single day in fear of insane violence and others don’t.

We’re so habituated that we don’t even recognize that it’s a constant anxiety with which we cope.
