It's a blocklist for the kinds of engagement bait accounts that repost stolen content, often with misleading captions.

So she berates the person asking the question, says she meant a slightly different phrase, hawks her book, and doesn't answer the crux which was along the lines of "why were you so adamant about obvious lies?". Right back in the spin room.
