Our Plans for 2025
We’ll build a sauna, a climbing wall and our very own video podcast studio to empower the content creators of the Commons.
With plans to double our hosting capacity, we’ll be able to welcome more visitors and host more events than ever before.
A New Website and Other Improvements

In addition, a booking system and crypto payment options will simplify operations for us and our guests next year, while renovations are underway to upgrade the bathrooms, kitchen, chimney, and interiors.
A New Chapter Begins!
In January, ownership of the house will officially be transferred to Felix and Emil, marking a new era. Daniel, our first full-time team member, will manage hospitality and facilities, with Eva supporting us remotely.
