I saw/heard him play with David Bowie on the Glass Spider tour. Seemed odd since he couldn't play his own stuff.
Rebel, Rebel kicked ass with that riff

Their accents are authentic and help communicate that they are ordinary folk, made awesome through circumstance. I live in the midwest (Arkansas/Missouri/Oklahoma/Kansas)
and they sound like people from this area. I thought they were perfect.
I have watched it at least 3 times now ๐
I apologize again. Truly, no disrespect toward you was intended. I was responding solely to the image itself.
What I should have done was all the searching first, to find an answer to what I was seeing.
I didn't anticipate hurt feelings to my original post, so I was caught by surprise with that.
All this fuss made me curious so I went to see what an "Absolute Batman" is, looking for an answer to the imagery.
I didn't realize it is yet another reboot version, not the "classic" version I grew up with.
So I apologize to you. Such as it is, this is what The Bat-Man has become.
Carry on.
Oh, a quote from the film! Zoom, I missed that one ๐
Oh heck yeah! Mine too but they make the experience tolerable.
"When the High Council hears of this they may very well sentence you to TORTURE!"
I didn't know you had already seen this film ๐ซฃ
Also, I come from the Kane/Sprang/Adams era, when Bat-Man was still human, apparently.
My comment was not so much directed at your art itself but at the seething monstrosity that the character has become. (?)
My eyes see The Hulk covered in Bat-Armor. No humanity left.
Tick-like proportions.
Yes, exactly! These films are the origin of the "so bad they're good" concept.
Terrible in the conventional sense but fun once you release your expectations and common sense.
Incompetent director makes inadvertently fun films with low budget esthetics.
Next: TEENAGERS FROM OUTER SPACE ๐ซฃ
My guy. I can see and appreciate the effort spent creating the image but if you can't laugh at yourself now and then or see the humour in a situation, you'll go bonkers.
I have no experience with twitter.
I will post my own cartooning someday, feel free to go off on me.
Gen X. I can take it ๐
This Island Earth "...but I'm not an alien!"
--snap--
๐ซฃ one of those ("Stupid. Stupid!") fun films you simply have to watch.
ED WOOD (1994) was my favourite film for a looooong time.
Hermann Munster with Laurel and Hardy ๐
Superman 1 was just reprints of the original Action Comics stories, so yeah. It was the ground floor.
Yeah, Buddy! I feel ya. Sometimes I consider this planet and wish I had other options.
Resident evil 2 ๐
Calm down, Canada. There is a shift happening here that will result in positive change. However, we have to deal with this mess we created. Sorry for the inconvenienceohlooktheStanleyCupplayoffshavestarted.
Yep. Those were 2-disc special editions sold about 20 years ago. I used to have those.
With the 50th anniversary coming next year (1977-2027) I anticipate that restored original theatrical versions will be made available for purchase on blu ray and/or 4k. Call it a hunch.
This is simply amazing!
As someone who has lived through this level of grief, I am deeply touched by the insightful accuracy displayed. I assume the creator of this has also felt it, otherwise how could they possibly know?
I see so much amazing art here on Bluesky. ๐
This is how it feels.
I want to say publicly that Donald J Trump has changed my life.
I have been voting since 1984 and I have always voted conservative.
Until now.
DJT, whom I voted for, has betrayed me and the entire nation!
For the first time ever, I will be voting full Democrat in November.
Are you with me?

Good point! ๐
It's on there now. Original studio version from 1977. Rumours pure audio blu ray atmos 5.1 stereo. $20?
This is an album I have never owned in all these years (wow almost 50 now ๐ฒ) however ... I finally gave in and bought the recent blu ray atmos version. I read good reviews of the quality of it and look forward to hearing it once it arrives in the post.
Watched The Dance on dvd.
Christine though
I have watched the BATDANCE music video a stupid number of times.
Me everyday now when I see what's going on in the world.
War, violence of all kinds, death, cruelty and stupidity beyond belief.
Forming the pelvic bone into a heart was a clever idea and really adds something special to the impact. Well done.
If you look closely between the eyebrows, there is a message written (hidden?) which reads AI WILL KILL US. I can't tell if the artist put that in or if it was added as a comment by someone else. Interesting, though.
Why do you think it is AI? Human illustrators can make lovely images like this. It may be AI (I don't know) but doesn't AI make what you tell it to? Someone had a charming idea anyway.
In the past, pin-up artists made entire careers from images similar to this.
Digital art is not all AI imagery.
